Servings 7 drinks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberry vodka
  • 6 cups sparkling water (plain or lemon-flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 10 oz jar maraschino cherries, with the liquid
  • 1 large lemon, thinly sliced (with peel)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit:
    Rinse the blackberries.
Slice the lemon into thin rounds, leaving the peel on.
Open the maraschino cherry jar and keep the liquid — you’ll use it to flavor the cocktail.
    Build the Drink:
    In a large pitcher, combine:
    1 cup raspberry vodka
All the maraschino cherries and their liquid (10 oz)
    Lemon slices
    Fresh blackberries
    Add the Sparkle:
Pour in the 6 cups of sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine (to avoid flattening the fizz).
    Chill & Serve:
    Fill 6–8 glasses with ice.
Pour the cocktail into each glass, making sure each one gets some fruit.
Garnish with extra berries, lemon wheels, or a cherry if desired.
