Everything Bagel Chips
Absolutely delicious and super simple to make. This easy slow cooker soup is loaded with bold and zesty flavors.
- 3 large everything bagels
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- sea salt and ground peppercorn to taste
- fresh dill (optional)
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.Slice the bagels into 1/8 inch thin slices, making sure they are consistently the same size. Brush with olive oil & on bagel slices. Lay bagel slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle salt/pepper and topside with parmesan cheese.Bake bagel slices for about 20 minutes on each side, or until they are brown and crisp.Remove from oven and let cool.Enjoy immediately or keep in an airtight container to stay fresh.
