Bacon and Sausage Egg Bake

Ingredients
- 10 large eggs
- 3/4 cup cooked and chopped bacon
- 3/4 cup cooked pork sausage crumbles
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- cooking spray for the muffin cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Generously spray grease on the muffin cups.In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Next, add meat and cheese and stir with a fork until well blended.Pour the eggs into the greased muffin cups, filling ¾ full.Bake until the eggs are puffed and set, approximately 20 – 25 minutes. Cook until the center is fully set. Top with additional grated cheese, if desired, cooking for two minutes. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes and serve.
