Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package tri-color rotini
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 3/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (pre-cooked bacon crumbles or 8 pieces of bacon)
  • 3/4 cup ham, diced
  • 1 (4.25 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1 large cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • green onions, sliced or dill, optional

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning

Instructions

  • Cook the rotini in boiling, salted water following the package directions; drain thoroughly and rinse with cold water.  Set aside.
    In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, celery, bacon, ham, black olives, green, cucumber, and cheese. Toss and add the pasta; mix well.
    In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat thoroughly.
    Cover and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.Top with green onions and dill if desired.
