Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package tri-color rotini
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 3/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (pre-cooked bacon crumbles or 8 pieces of bacon)
- 3/4 cup ham, diced
- 1 (4.25 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- green onions, sliced or dill, optional
Dressing
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the rotini in boiling, salted water following the package directions; drain thoroughly and rinse with cold water. Set aside.In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, celery, bacon, ham, black olives, green, cucumber, and cheese. Toss and add the pasta; mix well.In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat thoroughly.Cover and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.Top with green onions and dill if desired.
