Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Pour the waffle batter onto a preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's directions. (I always spray my waffle iron with canola oil).Serve immediately
