Bacon and Sausage Egg Bake

This is a breakfast for meat lovers! Great for a weekend breakfast or for guests during the holidays.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 3/4 cup cooked pork sausage crumbles
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • cooking spray for the muffin cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Generously spray grease on the muffin cups.
    In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Next, add meat and cheese and stir with a fork until well blended.
    Pour the eggs into the greased muffin cups, filling ¾ full.
    Bake until the eggs are puffed and set, approximately 20 – 25 minutes. Cook until the center is fully set. Top with additional grated cheese, if desired, cooking for two minutes. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes and serve.
