Easy Sauteed Green Beans

These Oven-Roasted Sticky Asian Ribs are SUPER  tender. The glaze gives these ribs a delicious sticky coating. The Asian flavors of this recipe are incredible!

Made with chicken breast and sauteed with mushrooms, onion Green bell peppers, then topped with provolone cheese. Easy Sautéed Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper, stir to coat in oil.
    Add green beans and cook, stirring often until the beans are blistering and browning in areas, 7 to 9 minutes.
    Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly until the garlic is fragrant and browning, about 1 minute. Add toasted sesame seeds, if desired to green beans.
    Serve immediately.
