Easy Slow-Cooker Taco Soup
This Easy Slow-Cooker Taco Soup combines ground beef, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, fire-roasted tomatoes, corn, black beans topped with cheddar cheese, and tortilla strips.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- 2 packets taco seasoning (I used mild Taco Bell)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 14 ounces tomato sauce
- 28 ounces fire-roasted tomatoes, diced with juices
- 14 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 14 ounce can corn, drained
For Garnish (optional)
- tortilla strips
- sour cream
- cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Brown beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink.Drain and place the beef mixture in the slow cooker with the remaining ingredients. stir well and cover.Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3 – 4 hours.
